A breakfast lecture series for the creative community.
CreativeMornings, a free monthly event, takes place in most major cities worldwide. Each talk is given by an industry professional, and offer a way for creatives to connect with each other and get inspired. These lectures are not just for those working in the creative industry, but anyone who is just looking for some creative inspiration.
In San Diego, these talks are held on the last Friday morning of every month. Hosted by Nate Spees, each talk is usually held downtown at venues like Moniker Warehouse or the San Diego Central Library. The guest speakers are announced in advance along with a bio. Online registration opens the Monday prior to the event, and ALWAYS fills up. Thankfully the do offer a waitlist, but its better if you register sooner then later if you intend to attend.
If you missed out on past talks or are just unable to attend, you can view previous talks online here. Attending these events in person is a really great way to network within the San Diego creative community while you enjoy some coffee and donuts. In attendance you will find creatives with a range of careers and roles, 9 to 5-ers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, those who dabble and those who appreciate. So bring your business cards and get ready to network!
